PRINTING		workbook size is 8.5"wide  X  5.5"high. There are two links:
		"half-page" is a single page. >	Use A5 paper size to print. With heavy paper, you could print back to back.
		"full-page" is a double page. >	Use regular letter size paper to print. After printing, cut in half for two copies.
